Custom Website Build *Non-Refundable Deposit & Request*

🌟 Custom Website Build & Request Agreement – Please Read Before Ordering 🌟

First and foremost, I am only familiar with SHOPIFY website build.

Thank you for your interest in a custom website build! To ensure clarity and a smooth process, please review the following terms carefully. By purchasing this listing and submitting your custom build request, you agree to all terms outlined below.
Once purchased, you will receive a PDF with a link to a Google Form to complete your agreement to terms and customization details.

PAYMENT TERMS:
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to begin your custom website build. This deposit secures your spot in the queue and covers initial planning and consultation. A $100 non-refundable balance will be due after planning and consultation, prior to me beginning the actual build. This final payment will be made utilizing this same listing. These funds guarantee consistent and thorough communication and full website build. If the design requires extensive extended time or complexity, an additional balance may be required to continue services. I will communicate if I feel that we reach this point, you will not be caught off guard with any hidden or unforeseen fees. 

TURNAROUND TIME:
Since custom builds are CUSTOM and do take time, I cannot guarantee a certain turnaround time. However, I do guarantee clear communication and genuine prioritization to support this build as quickly as possible to allow your business to flourish. Standard estimation for turnaround time at this time is 7-21 days from the date the consultation, project details, and full deposit is received. We will discuss turnaround time during your consultation. Delays caused by late communication, missing information, or revision requests may extend the timeline.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide all necessary content (text, images, links, etc.) in a timely manner. If I am creating graphics for you website build, there will be an additional fee for digital design. Two rounds of revisions are included without additional costs. Depending on the extend of revision requests beyond those two, additional revisions are subject to incur a fee prior to revisions being made.

DESIGN OWNERSHIP
Upon full payment, you will own the design and content of your website. I reserve the right to showcase the completed website in my portfolio or for promotional purposes.

MAINTENANCE/ADJUSTMENTS
Maintenance and adjustments beyond this website launch is not included as part of this agreement. For continued support beyond the initial build, please visit the appropriate listing.

REFUND & CANCELATION POLICY:
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. By making this purchase, you are 100% committed to our partnership in a website build. 

COMMUNICATION
Clear and timely communication is key for a successful collaboration! Projects with no client response for 14 days or more may be considered abandoned and will require a $75 restart fee.
