🌟 Custom Design Request Agreement – Please Read Before Ordering 🌟
Thank you for your interest in a custom digital design! To ensure clarity and a smooth process, please review the following terms carefully. By purchasing this listing and submitting your custom request, you agree to all terms outlined below.

💰 PAYMENT TERMS & DELIVERY:
A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to begin your custom design. This deposit covers time spent on the initial concept and communication.

Your design will be placed on the shirt for purchase after your approval of the design.
The purchase of the design of the shirt will be separate from the purchase of this request. This purchase only secures communication to create and design the image.

In summary, you will pay for two different things at two different times:
1. The design/image creation
2. The physical t-shirt and delivery

🌟 COMMUNICATION OF DESIGN REQUEST
Place as much information as possible in the notes section of your purchase of this request. At minimum, provide your email (double check the spelling of your email) so that I am able to reach out for additional communication during the design process.

🔁 REVISIONS:
One minor revision is included (such as color change or font tweak). Additional revisions may incur an added fee. To avoid delays or extra costs, please be clear and specific with your initial request.

❌ REFUND & CANCELATION POLICY:
No refunds will be issued once the final file is sent, due to the nature of digital products.
If you cancel your request after work has begun but before the final file is sent, the $10 deposit is non-refundable.

📜 USAGE RIGHTS:
The final PNG file is for personal use or small business use (e.g., printing on shirts, tumblers, etc.).
You may not resell or redistribute the digital file itself in any form.

⏳ TURNAROUND TIME:
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from when your custom request and deposit are received -- this is for creation of the design only. Your approval prior to order and delivery is required - please plan accordingly.
